Eins og fólk kannski veit þá er Íslenskur prestur starfandi hjá norsku þjóðkirkjunni í framboði hjá Íslensku Þjóðfylkingunni í 2. sæti Reykjavík Suður. Vegna þessa sendi ég eftirfarandi erindi á Norsku Þjóðkirkjuna og bíð nú svara sem ég mun birta síðar.
Dear Norweigan state church,
Earlier this year a political group was formed in Iceland based around opposing the religion of islam and fighting against asylum seekers entering our country. Recently the party submitted a list of runners in the election for the city of Reykjavik (Icelands capital) where an Icelandic woman who works as a priest for your state church is in second place. Her name is Arndís Ósk Hauksdóttir and the source is here.
This party has an offical agenda of depriving innocent people of their human rights because of their origin or religion in the official manifesto and the party is also known to take it step further in reality. For instance neo-nazis who belong to the party have both threatened and assaulted people and despite of not having anything related to homophobia in their manifesto, four of the most well known homophobes in Iceland are members of the party.
Therefore I would like to ask you dear Norweigan state church if you find these views acceptable and if you find it okay that such a person like Arndís Ósk Hauksdóttir is an employee of yours?
And last but not least do you plan to do anything regarding her position whitin your church?
